Avalon A52-C Freestanding Bottle Filler
A chilled freestanding bottle filler that needs no wall cutout
The Avalon A52-C brings a touchless bottle filling station anywhere there is a water line and a drain, with no wall to open up. It stands on its own, so it works in lobbies, gyms, and hallways where an in-wall unit will not fit.
A built-in compressor chills the water to about 46 to 54°F. Water runs through NSF-certified dual filtration and a UV LED sanitizes the system, while the display counts bottles saved and shows filter status.

Installing the A52-C
- A cold water line within reach: under a sink (included metal adapter with valve) or a refrigerator water line (included three-way adapter)
- A drain line in the wall or under a nearby sink for the included drain tube (extra parts may be needed depending on your setup)
- A grounded wall outlet nearby (no extension cords)
- A hard, level floor with about 4 in of clearance behind and on both sides
- Water pressure of 10 to 72 psi (0.07 to 0.5 MPa)
- After hookup, run water through the sensor for about 1 minute to flush the new filters
A52-C filters and upkeep
The A52-C uses Avalon's NSF-certified dual filter set, models A4FILTER and A5FILTER, behind the lower cabinet door. Each set lasts about 1,500 gallons or 6 months, and the filter status light on the display tells you when it is time.
Open the cabinet, twist out the old filters, twist in the new set, and flush for about a minute. Order the Avalon dual replacement filter set when it is time.

How does touchless dispensing work?
Hold a bottle under the spout and the infrared sensor starts the flow. For safety, it stops on its own after 30 seconds, so just wave again to keep filling.
How cold is the water?
The built-in compressor chills water to about 46 to 54°F and can chill about 20 liters per hour.
Does it need a drain?
Yes. The A52-C has a built-in drain at the drip tray. Run the included drain tube to a drain line in the wall or under a nearby sink.
What does the WiFi app do?
The Avalon app connects to the bottle filler over WiFi so you can check the bottles saved count and filter status from your phone.
Is it ADA compliant?
No. Avalon lists the A52 family as not ADA compliant. For an ADA compliant unit, see the A51-NF wall-mounted bottle filler.
How often do the filters need changing?
Every 6 months or 1,500 gallons. The Avalon dual replacement filter set replaces both filters at once.

Warranty
- Avalon warrants its water coolers, bottle fillers, and chillers to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship. Avalon will repair or replace a defective product, at its option, when the product was bought new from an authorized retailer.
- Coverage: Avalon products include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the original purchase date. The warranty ends early if the product is sold or transferred.
- Registration: Register your unit with Avalon within 30 days of purchase to activate the warranty on Avalon's product registration page. Keep your model number, order number, and purchase date.
- Troubleshooting first: Every claim starts with troubleshooting alongside Avalon's support team. If a part fixes the issue, Avalon provides that part at no cost. A replacement unit is considered only after parts and troubleshooting have been tried.
- Installation and labor: Installation, maintenance, and repairs are the purchaser's responsibility. Plumber or third-party labor and extra installation materials are not covered.
- Not covered: Damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, relocation, unauthorized repairs, or unsanitary conditions. Units must be plugged directly into a grounded wall outlet. Using an extension cord or surge protector voids the warranty.
- Shipping damage: Report any shipping damage within 30 days of purchase. Damage reported after 30 days is not eligible for a warranty claim.
- A valid serial number and proof of purchase may be required. Shipping costs to return a product for repair or replacement are the purchaser's responsibility, and a replacement unit carries the remaining warranty from the original purchase date.

Where does it ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Most units ship directly from the manufacturer's U.S. warehouse, and shipping is free on every product. The shipping box near the top of this page shows the estimated ship date and delivery window for this item, and you get tracking as soon as it ships. Larger units can ship by freight, and the carrier may call to set up delivery.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only on orders shipped to Georgia. Orders shipped anywhere else in the U.S. pay no sales tax at checkout. Schools, agencies and other tax-exempt buyers can send us their exemption before ordering and we will set it on the account.
What if it arrives damaged?
Inspect the shipment before you sign. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt, keep all packaging, and contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will work with you on parts, repair, replacement or a refund.
Can I return it?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are new, unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging. Contact us first so we can authorize the return and send instructions.
