This website is operated by Pro Water Supply. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pro Water Supply. Pro Water Supply offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from the Site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms, conditions, policies, and notices.
By visiting the Site, requesting information or a quote, using any Site feature, or purchasing something from us when ordering is enabled, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, prospective customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not access the Site or use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for your minor dependents to use the Site.
You may not use the Site, Services, or any products for an illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright and intellectual-property laws, or transmit viruses, worms, malware, or destructive code.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service where permitted by law. Content you submit, excluding payment-card information, may be transferred across networks and adapted to technical requirements. Payment-card information is encrypted during transfer by the applicable payment provider.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission. Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit these Terms.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to present useful information, but information on the Site may not always be accurate, complete, or current. Site content is provided for general information and should not be the sole basis for a purchasing, safety, installation, electrical, business, or professional decision.
Product dimensions, compatibility, included items, installation requirements, warranty terms, and delivery requirements must be confirmed in the applicable live product listing or written quote before purchase.
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices, product information, and Services may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service where permitted by law. We are not liable for a modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance except as required by law or an accepted order agreement.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Some products or Services may be available exclusively online and may have limited availability. Product images and colors are displayed as accurately as reasonably possible, but appearance may vary by device.
Pro Water Supply may limit sales by person, geographic region, jurisdiction, product, quantity, or other lawful criteria. We may discontinue products at any time.
The current catalog contains preview products while ordering is disabled. A preview listing does not create a binding offer, reserve inventory, confirm supplier authorization, or promise price, availability, warranty, shipping, installation, or delivery. Final transaction terms will be disclosed before an order is accepted.
SECTION 6 - FREIGHT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS
Drinking fountains, bottle fillers, outdoor showers, water coolers, and other large fixtures may ship by freight carrier. The applicable product page or written quote will identify the available delivery method and any receiving requirements before purchase.
When freight delivery requires customer-provided unloading equipment, personnel, access, scheduling, or inspection, those requirements will be disclosed before an order is accepted. Additional carrier charges caused by missed appointments, inaccessible delivery locations, address changes, storage, re-delivery, or services not included in the accepted quote may be the customer’s responsibility.
Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival and report visible damage, shortage, or incorrect items within the period stated in the applicable shipping or manufacturer terms. Carrier delays, weather, labor interruptions, and supply-chain disruptions may be outside our control.
SECTION 7 - AVAILABILITY AND BACKORDERS
Availability may change and may depend on a manufacturer, distributor, or service provider. If an accepted order becomes unavailable or backordered, we will provide the information reasonably available to us and explain the options applicable to that order.
Contact us before purchase if delivery timing is critical. An estimate is not a guarantee unless Pro Water Supply expressly agrees to a guaranteed date in writing.
SECTION 8 - CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the policy presented with the product and accepted order, our published Returns and Support policy, applicable manufacturer terms disclosed before purchase, and applicable law.
Fees already incurred for payment processing, freight, special orders, customized items, manufacturer charges, or other nonrecoverable costs may be deducted only when disclosed and legally permitted. Refund timing may depend on the original payment method and financial institution.
SECTION 9 - RETURNS AND RESTOCKING FEES
Return eligibility, deadlines, item condition, packaging requirements, return freight, non-refundable shipping charges, and any restocking fee will be disclosed in the applicable live product or order terms before purchase. Large fixtures, special-order products, replacement filters, opened supplies, and manufacturer-controlled items may have different requirements.
Do not return an item without authorization and routing instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused where permitted by law.
SECTION 10 - MANUFACTURER AND SUPPLIER-SPECIFIC POLICIES
Certain products may carry manufacturer or supplier-specific shipping, cancellation, return, warranty, installation, or service terms. Applicable additional terms will be disclosed before purchase. Where a disclosed manufacturer term lawfully controls a manufacturer-provided warranty or service, that term will govern that portion of the transaction.
SECTION 11 - PAYMENT TERMS
We accept only the payment methods displayed at checkout or included in an approved written quote when ordering is enabled. The availability of a payment method is not guaranteed until shown for the applicable transaction.
Approved bank wire payments receive a fixed 3% discount from the reviewed order total because Pro Water Supply passes the avoided card-processing cost to the customer. Wire instructions are provided only through a secure, verified process. We do not publish bank-account instructions on the Site. A wire transaction is not authorized until the customer, order, amount, and payment instructions are verified.
SECTION 12 - ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT, QUOTE, AND ORDER INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, quote, contact, billing, shipping, delivery-access, and order information. You agree to update information promptly so we can communicate with you and complete any authorized transaction.
We may reject or correct a quote or order affected by a material pricing, product, compatibility, availability, or clerical error, subject to applicable law and any binding written agreement.
SECTION 13 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we do not monitor or control. They are provided “as is” and “as available” without endorsement or warranties by Pro Water Supply. Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and may be governed by the provider’s terms.

The Site may include content, products, or links from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content, accuracy, policies, products, or services. Review the third party’s policies before completing a transaction or providing information.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, images, comments, or other materials, you grant Pro Water Supply a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display that content for operating and promoting the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent that your submission does not violate another person’s rights, contain unlawful or malicious material, or mislead us or others. We may remove content that we determine is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable.

SECTION 17 - PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Site or Services to violate law; infringe intellectual-property rights; harass, abuse, harm, defame, discriminate, or intimidate; submit false or misleading information; upload malicious code; collect personal information without authority; spam, phish, scrape, crawl, or interfere with security; or circumvent access controls.
We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited conduct.
SECTION 18 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated in an accepted written order, product warranty, or as required by law, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that use will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that every result will be accurate or reliable.
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided under the manufacturer’s disclosed terms. Pro Water Supply does not create or expand a manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
SECTION 19 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Water Supply and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, replacement costs, or similar damages arising from use of the Site, Services, or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
SECTION 20 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Water Supply and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers from claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of another person’s rights.
SECTION 21 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 22 - TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. You may terminate them by ceasing use of the Site. We may terminate or suspend access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive as necessary to give them effect.
SECTION 23 - GOVERNING LAW, ENTIRE AGREEMENT, AND CHANGES
These Terms and disputes arising from the Site, Services, or an authorized purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with policies and transaction-specific terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Service and supersede prior communications on that subject. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date except where law permits otherwise.
