Prepare the room before delivery

Site Planning & Delivery

Plan the workspace, access path, equipment configuration, receiving, and setup before a large machine arrives.

Plan my setup

Four parts of a workable install

Site fit

Mounting surface, wall carrier or pedestal, ADA heights and clearances, and how users approach the unit.

Utilities

Water supply, drain or waste line, freeze protection, and power for refrigerated or heated units.

Complete configuration

Unit, finish, bottle filler or bubbler options, filters, mounting hardware, and required extras.

Delivery and installation

Liftgate or site access needs, who receives the shipment, and who installs and connects the unit.

How planning works

  1. Send the site details.Photos and rough measurements of the install location help identify conflicts early.
  2. Tell us what you are considering. If the model is not chosen yet, describe the location, traffic, and users instead.
  3. Identify delivery and install needs.Separate carrier delivery from installation, plumbing, and electrical work.
  4. Review the final readiness checklist. The order should not move until the site, utilities, components, and responsibilities are clear.
Planning support is not an installer promise.

Pro Water Supply will not claim installation coverage or a local plumber until that service route is confirmed for the exact product and location.
