By using or accessing the Services, you acknowledge the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

When you submit a contact, product-guidance, quote, support, or price-match inquiry, we may create or update a customer record in Shopify using the contact information you provide and categorize the record by inquiry type. This helps us respond, preserve relevant support history, and avoid asking you for the same information again. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Marketing enrollment is handled separately through a newsletter or another explicit subscription request.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain Site functionality, analyze performance, understand how visitors use the Site, support advertising where enabled, and retain cart activity when cart functionality is available.

If you subscribe to email marketing, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message. We may still send non-marketing communications that are necessary to answer your inquiry, provide a requested quote, address security matters, or service an order.

If you call or text us directly, we may collect your phone number and the content of the communication so we can respond. Pro Water Supply does not currently operate a recurring marketing text-message subscription program. If one is offered later, separate consent disclosures and applicable mobile terms will be presented before enrollment. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.

Nevada

We do not sell covered information for monetary consideration as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may submit a verified request regarding future sales by emailing support@prowatersupply.com.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and document consent or privacy choices.
