Avalon A50-CC Remote Chiller
Add cold water to an A50 or A50-SB bottle filler you already have
The A50 and A50-SB dispense room temperature water. The Avalon A50-CC remote chiller changes that: a compressor cools 20 liters per hour from a 3 liter stainless tank and sends water to the spout at 46 to 54°F through insulated tubing.
It stays out of sight on a shelf, under a cabinet, in a nearby closet, or in the wall below an in-wall A50 behind the A50-GRILL. Carry handles, its own power cord, and an installation kit with 10 ft of insulated and non-insulated tubing come in the box.
Buying a new filler too? The A50-C (in-wall) and A50-SB-C (out-of-wall) bundles include this chiller and cost $199.99 less than buying the pieces separately.

Installing the A50-CC chiller

- A spot within reach of the included 10 ft tubing: a shelf, under a cabinet, a closet, or in the wall below an in-wall A50 with the A50-GRILL
- A grounded 110V outlet for the chiller, separate from the filler (no extension cords)
- Open air on both sides of the chiller for ventilation
- An indoor space between 50 and 100°F
- On an installed A50, the filler comes out of the wall so the tubing and wire can connect behind it

Avalon A50-CC FAQs
Will the A50-CC work with an A50 I already installed?
Yes. It connects to any A50 or A50-SB. The filler comes out of the wall or case so the chiller tubing and wire can be connected behind it, then it goes back in place.
Where can the chiller go?
Anywhere within reach of the included 10 ft tubing: on a shelf, under a cabinet, in a closet, or in the wall below an in-wall A50 behind the A50-GRILL. Leave open air on both sides for ventilation.
Does the chiller need its own outlet?
Yes. The chiller plugs into its own grounded 110V outlet, separate from the bottle filler. Avalon does not allow extension cords or surge protectors.
How cold does the water get?
Avalon rates the A50-CC at 46 to 54°F, with 20 liters per hour of cooling capacity.

- Installation and labor: Installation, maintenance, and repairs are the purchaser's responsibility. Plumber or third-party labor and extra installation materials are not covered.
- Not covered: Damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, relocation, unauthorized repairs, or unsanitary conditions. Units must be plugged directly into a grounded wall outlet. Using an extension cord or surge protector voids the warranty.
