Which replacement filter do you need?
Changing your filters on time keeps the water tasting clean and protects the unit. Here is how to find the right set.
2-stage sediment and carbon set
Many Avalon dual stage products, including bottleless water coolers like the A5, the A30 and A31 countertop dispensers and the A40-CCF under-sink chiller, use the A4FILTER and A5FILTER set: a sediment filter plus an NSF-certified carbon block.
4-stage reverse osmosis set
Avalon RO systems such as the A61-RO and A62-RO use the 4-stage RO replacement filter set.
How often to change filters
Most Avalon filters last about 6 months or 1,500 gallons, whichever comes first, and a filter light tells you when it is time. Busy offices, schools and gyms may reach the gallon limit sooner. Check your product page or user guide to confirm the filter part numbers for your model before you order.

Which filter fits my Avalon cooler?
Most dual stage Avalon coolers, bottle fillers and countertop dispensers use the A4FILTER and A5FILTER set. RO models use the 4-stage RO set. Your product page and user guide list the exact parts.
How do I change the filters?
On most models, close the water valve, twist out the old filters, twist in the new ones, open the valve, reset the filter light and run water for a couple of minutes. Follow your user guide for your model.
